1. General Agreement
These terms govern bookings made through WITHIN PHUKET CO., LTD. (licensed in Phuket, Thailand). By making a reservation for excursions, villas, or concierge services, you agree to these booking conditions.
2. Excursion & Tour Policies
- Weather & Marine Safety Guarantee: Passenger safety is our primary concern. If the Thai Marine Department or Harbour Master prohibits boat departures due to rough seas, your tour will be rescheduled free of charge, or a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.
- Client Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to tour departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within less than 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- National Park Fees: Must be paid in cash at departure or island checkpoints unless specifically stated as included in the tour voucher.
3. Villa & Hotel Reservations
- Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is from 15:00 PM; standard check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be collected upon arrival to cover incidental damages. The deposit is refunded in full during check-out inspection.
- Occupancy Limit: The maximum number of guests stated in the reservation must not be exceeded without prior written approval.
4. Real Estate Consultations
Information provided regarding properties (condos, villas, land) is for informational and consultation purposes. Final sales agreements and title deed verifications are processed with licensed Thai legal attorneys.
